Para abordar esta limitaci\u00f3n, se ampli\u00f3 el Estudio de Historia Natural de Target ALS a 13 sitios internacionales, con el objetivo de incluir 800 pacientes con ELA y 200 controles sanos. Se recopilan datos cl\u00ednicos, gen\u00e9ticos y ambientales, as\u00ed como biofluidos, evaluaciones cognitivas y medidas digitales de habla y funci\u00f3n respiratoria. Hasta ahora, se han inscrito 130 participantes y se han almacenado m\u00e1s de 12,000 muestras.
