The Faculty Development Program’s Curriculum is divided into five curricular tracks. Each track has its own set of objectives and instructional strategies.
Educators Curriculum
Learner Objectives: Faculty members who complete the workshops will be able to demonstrate:
- Knowledge on course/curriculum development, design, program evaluation and student evaluation.
- Knowledge on instructional methods and their application to different situations.
- Skills to incorporate an array of teaching methods in their educational experiences.
- Skills to incorporate technology in their educational experiences
- Skills to incorporate formative and summative evaluation of students in their educational experience.

Clinical Teachers Curriculum (In addition to the Educators Curriculum)
Learner Objectives: Faculty members who complete the workshops will be able to demonstrate:
- Skills to teach in different clinical settings
- Skills to model how to deal with difficult situations
- Skills to evaluate learners in a competency based manner
Instructional Strategies: Workshops may include lectures, power-point presentations, discussions, live and video presentations and/or practice by role-playing or with Standardized Patients.

Leadership and Management Curriculum
