The first\u00a0week of t raining focuses on the analysis of a\u00a0gene and\/or protein famity. The second week\u00a0focuses on assembling and analyzing data from\u00a0next-generation sequencers.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bioinformatics\u00a0Internship<\/strong><br \/>\nJune 1 &#8211; July 31, 2015<br \/>\nApply by: March 15, 2015<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through t his program, participants will work\u00a0directly with the Pittsburgh Supercomputing\u00a0Center staff in Pittsburgh on a bioinformatics\u00a0research project of the partid pants choosing.
