Required\u00a0information\u00a0includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ERAS application form<\/li>\n<li>Photograph<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum Vitae<\/li>\n<li>Personal Statement<\/li>\n<li>Medical School Official Academic Transcript<\/li>\n<li>Medical School Dean&#8217;s Letter<\/li>\n<li>Two letters of recommendation (preferably from Orthopaedic Surgeons or General Surgeons)<\/li>\n<li>Official evidence of approval of the USMLE Part I and Part II (CK&amp;CS)<\/li>\n<li>One month clinical rotation in our service<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)<\/li>\n<li>Official ECFMG Certificate (foreign medical school graduate)<\/li>\n<li>Visa permit if not a U.S. Citizen (foreign medical school graduate)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to all the above requirements for ERAS submit the following additional documentation to: Orthopaedic Surgery Department, UPR-Medical Sciences Campus, PO Box 365067, San Juan, PR 00936-5067.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-medical Official Academic Transcript<\/li>\n<li>Copy of <a href=\"https:\/\/students-residents.aamc.org\/applying-medical-school\/taking-mcat-exam\/mcat-scores\/\">MCAT scores<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Copy of Medical School Diploma (does not apply for medical students applicants)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for the application is <strong>December 1st<\/strong>.
