Marta I. Merced has been the administrator of the ESCHR since 2012. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Puerto Rico and a master’s degree in public health from the Medical Sciences Campus. She is a capable and knowledgeable administrator with 34 years of experience, dedication and interest in administration, education and service in the educational and university environment.
