Personal Statement
Being a trauma and acute care surgeon has been a great and ongoing humbling experience; truly the privilege of a lifetime. The opportunity to combine surgical and critical care skills intertwined continuously in the pursuit of physiologic stabilization while containing and repairing life-threatening injuries. In addition to trauma care, I am especially interested in other areas such as minimally invasive surgery, vascular access formation and endoscopic interventions.
