Support Junior Faculty: We guide junior faculty members through crucial processes such as appointments, renewals, promotions, tenure, and understanding of UPR policies.
Diversity and Inclusion: We ensure that our faculty recruitment procedures align with the UPR SoM Diversity and Inclusion policy, promoting a diverse and inclusive academic community.
Faculty Development: In collaboration with the Associate Deanship of Academic Affairs, we facilitate the development of teaching, research, administrative, and leadership skills through various faculty development activities.
Well Being: We are committed to implement programs and resources that support the wellness of our faculty, prevent burnout and foster the professional success of our faculty
