Our faculty wellness program attains to offer activities and resources that helps faculty in dealing with stress management and that encourages work-life balance, mental and physical health.
We have a Faculty Wellness Committee with faculty representatives from the different UPR-School of Medicine Departments to help identify faculty needs and to provide wellness ideas that promote individual and institutional well-being.
Wellness is an ongoing, active process of making choices that lead to a balanced and fulfilling life. This holistic concept includes multiple dimensions of health and well-being.
