Congratulations to the Microbiology Dept students who participated in the annual meeting of the Puerto Rico Society of Microbiologists.
The Puerto Rico Society of Microbiologists Annual Meeting and Student Symposium 2023: Harnessing the Changing Microbial Nature was held at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico June 8-9, 2023.
All students were recipients of the Dr. Américo Pomales Lebrón Conference Fellowship 2023.
Dr. Alejandro Ruiz-Acevedo from UPR-Mayagüez was awarded with the Dr. Arturo Carrión Award 2023.
