Inspire and educate medical students, residents and students of biomedical sciences of the School of Medicine with the purpose that they develop the importance of taking over their health and well-being. Provide services, workshops and resources that promote self-care strategies, self-reflection in order to prevent and manage anxiety to avoid burnout and other emotional responses.


Develop a wellness program that guides and encourages biomedical science students, residents, and medical students to be aware of their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. Through the different activities, workshops and interventions, it is expected that students can acquire healthy skills and practices that contribute to well-being in the process of reaching their academic and personal goals.
