Mission - School of Medicine

The Mission of the School of Medicine is:

To provide undergraduate, graduate and continued medical education with the goal of training competent and compassionate physicians able to serve the underserved.
To develop basic and clinical research scientists who are sensitive to our social and health issues.
To provide high quality clinical services to significantly enhance the health status of Puerto Ricans.
