The Academic Of Mentoring Office and Faculty Development Program of the University of Puerto Rico, School of Medicine is a longitudinal teaching program designed with the objective of developing the necessary teaching, research and administrative skills needed by our Faculty and residents to succeed in an academic environment.

Necessities established by our institution and those established by the accreditation agencies were combined with the necessities established by specific faculty and/or residents in the creation of this Program’s curriculum.
